I, like may other gays, am saddened by the news that Estelle Getty (Sophia Petrillo) passed away this morning at the age of 84. She was suffering from advanced demetia.
She made me laugh, cry, and cringe (when she starred in Stop Or My Mom Will Shoot) and will continue to do so every time I watch an episode of The Golden Girls.
Perhaps some of Rose's famous längenhörngenfluegen will make it all better...
