The new modern landmark Apple Store opens tonight on 5th Ave and I REALLY wanna be there, but alas I will be on the Isle of Fire.
I've heard (and read) many rumors such as the store was giving away the new MacBooks every hour to lucky visitors throughout the weekend. I also heard that U2 may also possibly play a concert to kick it off. I even heard that Bill Gates would be working at the Genius Bar at some point in the next 2 days, but the exact time would remain a secret.
Regardless, it's going to be a mob scene and I say bully for them. Apple rocks! (How nerdy am i??)
