Question: Why do celebrities insist on gettin' naked in public places if they know the paparazzi may somewhere close? Especially when you've just been hounded by them for screwing Mary Poppins? I realize one cannot let them run the way you live your life, but at least try to remember the Golden Celebrity Rule #26: Behind closed doors one can fuck their own pet, while outside in the open one can merely take it for a walk. Otherwise this will happen (NSFW via Fleshbot)
I NEVER want to be a celebrity. Years ago (10 to be exact) a friend of mine was the personal assistant to a female TV star who had a sitcom named for her. Whenever they came to NYC, I would hang with the two of them and we'd go shopping, out to restaurants/clubs, etc. Unfortunately everywhere we went people stared and pointed/whispered and would ask for autographs at inappropriate times (can't they see she's trying on a bra?). I've never felt so watched in my life -- it was what I think it would be like if you were in drag on a crowded subway. Not fun. Yes, the upside is getting into clubs without having to say a word, getting your meal comped, or being sent free clothes, but at what price??
I prefer to have a life of somewhat-anonymity. That way I can brush my teeth in my own driveway (via Pink Is The New Blog).
Clearly jude got naked to put on a show for me. Come on!--isn't it obvious?

yes, ethan, i totally agree, HOWEVER we are living in a time where celebrity is at it's highest (magazines are popping up left and right and making publishers millions) and someone who is in the publis eye should take into consideration what could happen to them if they do somethong in public. TOTALLY UNFAIR and that is why I would never wish celebrity on my worst enemy -- to live your life like that totally sucks. There needs to be a law on peoples privacy passed a.s.a.p.

I still think the photographers should know what is decent and what is not. Just because they are celebrities it should not mean that they surrender their personal lives. Being in Las Vegas I see the paparazzi and how they act with people. They cross the line often

I think you have already reached celebrity-esque status. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
